This book really helped me understand the ins and outs of EC. It’s easy to read, understand, and she breaks it down into steps so you can get all your info and start taking the steps outlined towards EC. I also really like the no pressure approach of doing part time or just doinf the easy catches. It’s a great way to ease in without getting overwhelmed.
