Do you ship to (name a country)?

Yes! We will ship anywhere. (Provided there are no carrier or government restrictions outside of our control, please see below.) During checkout, you'll be able to preview your shipping charges prior to paying for your order. We ship all international orders via United States Postal Service or UPS. Please note, we are not responsible for any additional duties or customs fees charged to you by your carrier or destination country of certain international orders.

Some countries may require priority or express services. While we strive to ship anywhere, please review the shipping guidelines and any additional charges that may apply to your country. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are offering free standard shipping on orders over $75 for domestic (US) shipping only. 

How long will it take to get my shipment?

We ship primarily via USPS (they are the fastest and most economical), with these guidelines:

First Class Mail is automatically selected unless your order is over 13oz, in which case it will be sent Priority Mail. First Class is the most economical option but in most instances will take slightly more time.

If you select to upgrade to Priority Mail, you will generally receive your items more quickly. 

We typically have orders packed and shipped out from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of receiving your order during normal periods. During most sale periods we ship within 3-4 business days (oftentimes faster!). Extra busy times such as Black Friday/Cyber Monday ship out within 7 business days. However, once a package is shipped out carrier delays may occur (ie: holidays, customs, etc). Thanks for understanding and supporting a small business!

How do you ship?

We currently ship via the United States Postal Service. They rock.

Can I track my shipment?

Of course! All shipments, domestic and international, are labeled with USPS tracking numbers. When your item ships, we send you an email with your unique tracking number in it. Open that email. Click the tracking number link that’s inside and you will go to the USPS website to see where your package is and when it is scheduled to arrive. Please note, typically, it takes 24-48 hours from the time we ship to when the tracking info is updated in the USPS tracking system.
