Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

So we can give your situation the care it deserves, please do not ship anything back to us without using our returns app (below). Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Items will only be considered for return or exchange if:

  • they are unwashed/unworn
  • within 30 days of delivery
  • any related packaging is un-altered/undamaged (damaged/altered packaging affects our ability to offer it for sale to another mama, so we are unable to accept these for return).

For approved return/exchanges: We are a small shop with limited inventory and your return will likely end up in the hands of other mamas after we receive and inspect it, so please use care in packaging it to mail back to us! Products damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

If the error was ours returns/exchanges, shipping is free. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for shipping. Please initiate a return/exchange request by clicking here.

All clearance item sales are final, no returns/no exchanges. Thank you for your understanding!
